Manpreet K. Kohli Registered Clinical Counsellor

Manpreet graduated with Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from City
University of Seattle in Vancouver, BC in 2013. Her passion for counselling came from
her prior experience of working as a family physician in India (for 13 years), supporting
patients not only their medical health needs of patient but also their emotional health
needs (as such services were not readily available). It was this experience that led her
to pursue counselling psychology when she migrated to Canada. These experiences
have given her great insight into the unique challenges that immigrants with different
ethnocultural backgrounds may face.
