Siddharth Wadhwa, Occupational Therapist


Siddharth completed his Bachelor of Occupational Therapy degree in 2009, and Master
of Occupational Therapy (Neurosciences) degree in 2012 from Mumbai, India. After
completing his Master's degree, Siddharth dedicated himself to helping clients with
neurological impairments including Stroke, Acquired Brain Injury, Parkinson's Disease,
and Multiple Sclerosis. Siddharth has been an OT in Canada since 2018 and has
continued to work with client populations whose lives have been impacted by
neurological conditions.

Throughout his journey, Siddharth has always been eager to learn to be able to help his
clients get better faster. He holds certifications in various courses and seminars
including NDT certification, Foundations of Brain Injury and Rehabilitation, MOOC
Concussion course, Cognitive Demands Analysis (CDA), cognitive and perceptual
rehabilitation, and functional capacity evaluations (Workwell FCE).

Siddharth has extensive experience working with different funders (ICBC-case
management and work conditioning programs, WSBC-OR2, ASTD, ECAT and OT
Services programs, private insurance-LTD).

Siddharth is a firm believer in client-centered practice, and places strong emphasis on
education as much as treatment. He believes educating the clients facilitates their
motivation to pre-injury purposeful activities including return to work.

Siddharth is also fluent in Hindi, Sindhi, Marathi and Punjabi languages besides English.

Outside of work, Siddharth likes to spend time with family and friends, travel, and enjoy
the simplicity of life and nature.
